Need treatment: Ideally sex partners of persons with chlamydial infection within the last 60 days should be examined, tested for stds, treated and counseled on prevention. Even if they do not have symptoms they need to be treated. Avoid sex for 7 days after the start of treatment.

Unlikely, but...: STDs aren't transmitted by fingering, and chlamydia doesn't easily infect oral cavity. So no risk from this exposure. However, that you and he got it on together means he is a member of your sexual partner network. When one member of a sexual network has chlamydia, it's common in all members. Consider testing, no treatment unless pos. But all your recent vaginal or anal partners need treatment.
