Are you worried?: Meth can be extremely dangerous to a developing baby. You may test positive if you continue using. However, even if you stop now and your blood and urine test will be negative, everything you have injected, ingested, smoked, etc. from 20th week of pregnancy will be found in baby's meconium (poop). Present yourself as a well cared for, caring mom and hopefully all will go well. Good luck!
