Ok: Diphenhydramine shouldn't be a problem during early pregnancy, but don't exceed recommended dosage and take it only as needed, tell your doctor about it in the next visit. Try alternate methods as relaxation, warm bath, no tv, pc or smart phone before bedtime, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
