Both are possible: It is possible to be both hiv+ and have anxiety symptoms -- one doesn't rule out the other. You can get tested for HIV through your family physician's office. That would be the best idea, so you can get help and support for either condition. There are also public resources for HIV testing: http://hivtest.Cdc.Gov/.
