If there's no injury: you are young and it's likely chronic strain...possibly from texting, body building, or other muscular movement. First stop or cut way down on anything that seems to cause or aggravate the tightness. Next is to apply heat, preferably moist, for 15-10 minutes as often as you can, at least 4x daily. One supplement that might help is Magnesium. Tylenol (acetaminophen) can't hurt. Next step is rx muscle relaxant
