Diaphragm spasm: Your symptoms suggest diaphragm spasm or cramp. If this is an isolated episode that occurs infrequently, then you don't have to worry. If it is ongoing, then you should get evaluated for possible disorder of nerves that control the diaphragm, other conditions. Hope that helps
