You forgot to say: what it is you are taking! Look on the bottle or box for the name and the ingredients. Look up each ingredient on the internet, this is a pretty good site https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginformation.html but it is US based. If you are in another country, you may have a similar resource that uses the drug names that are used in your country.
