1-3 months: The standard recommendation is to restest for chlamydia (and gonorrhea) about 3 months after treatment. This detects both reinfection, in case of reexposure, and also the rare treatment failure. Earlier testing usually isn't done, but if reassurance needed, you can retest at 1 month. But not before that: any earlier and the test can still be positive from the initial infection, even though cured.
