Yuzpe method: This is called the Yuzpe method. You took 4 combined oral contraceptives at once. You do not need to repeat it just take one per day. Nausea is very common with this method as the Estrogen dose is quite high. If you were already taking birth control pills daily then emergency contraception was not needed.
