hi, i'm a 24yr old female and for the past 3months i haven't been able to pass a bowel. i know i'm not constipated because if i stick my finger up there i can make it come out but it will always be gastric dioreah. please help!

Constipation: Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/constipation/basics/definition/con-20032773 where you appear to meet definition of constipation. It also sounds like you're disimpacting yourself (manually removing stool). In elderly, one of many causes of diarrhea is impaction/constipation whereby liquid stool leaks around blocked stool. So go see your GP for evaluation. Perhaps hypothyroid
