Fissure? Proctitis?: Painful defecation with bleeding suggests inflammation or infection of the rectum or anus (proctitis). Lots of possibilities: anal fissure; inflammatory bowel disease; STDs if any sexual activity involving your rectum, especially receptive anal sex with another man; and more. Probably unlreated to alcohol the previous night. See a doctor soon.

See doctor: Bleeding with the stools needs to be investigated. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be has simple as hemorrhoids, but you owe it to yourself to get checked out by a doctor.
