No: If the amount is less than or equal to a normal menstrual period and not associated with pain or discharge, then it is very likely normal. Masturbation with larger toys can cause small cuts which often heal over days. Mid cycle bleeding becomes worrisome when very heavy or when it doesn't stop as expected, any associated fever/chills or other signs of infection like vaginal discharge, pain.
