No cough medicine: At three months old, please consult your pediatrician. Is your baby eating as usual, e.g. does his cough make it hard to nurse from breast or bottle? Please let your doctor know right away if this is the case.

Many possibilities..: From simple uri, to flu or other infections/inflammatory processes. If fever develops, treat it. If concerned you should call your pediatrician and have your child seen. Too many other questions must be answered like... Does your child have all vaccinations ?, other people sick in the house?, day care ?........
