If you have hair: issues, and at 48 years young, you may be approaching menopause with hormones in flux. Multivitamins are usually good enough for your hair, though there are preparations out there that will promote more hair growth. However if you are indeed in menopause, your hormones will refuse to let you grow hair, as estrogen plays a big part in hair growth. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
