Ovulation charts: using basal body temperature and/or cervical mucus is still the best way to predict ovulation. If you are late on your cycle, then check a pregnancy test in 1 week, and if negative and still late, another pregnancy test 1 week after that. You may have signs of pregnancy by then too. If you still are not sure, then see a healthcare provider or make appointment with one on HealthTap.

Recommend appointmen: Have you been pregnant before? With this same partner? Have you had intercourse during your fertile times (and tested for ovulation with an over-the-counter kit)? I suggest scheduling an appointment with your ob/gyn provider to discuss your concerns and answers to these questions. Thank you for your trust in HealthTap!
