See doctor ASAP: Likely an internal pelvic or lower abdominal problem, e.g. pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, tube infection), usually from gonorrhea or chlamydia if at risk for STD (new or unsafe partner, etc). Possible endometriosis or ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. This could be quite serious, get care ASAP. Even though it's a holiday, do it now; if nobody on call w/ your doctor's office, go to ER or urgent care.
