STD screen and PE: It sounds like you may have a UTI or someother vaginal infection. STD is possilbe, like chlamydia or gonorrhea. You need to have a urinalysis, std screen and ofcourse see a doctor for a pelvic exam.

Infection: Your symptoms are concerning for an infection, and unless you are having your period, blood in your urine is Never normal. You need to see a Doctor and get evaluated and assessed for a possible infection that would need to be properly treated. Best wishes.
