Poor choice: For dry/chapped lips while on Claravis you do not need a cortisone steroid. Use chapstick. vaseline, Aquaphor to frequently grease your lips. You may also apply inside your nose.

Mild corticosteroid: It work by stimulating the synthesis of enzymes to decrease inflammation, suppress mitotic activity and cause vasoconstriction. You should realize that your doctor has prescribed this medication as the benefit to you.
