Will using vagisil while trying to conceive be harmful ?

Yes: Vagisil will not only change the pH of the vagina and kill sperm, but will be a chemical and physical impediment to conception. If you have a vaginal infection, why not give a MD an opportunity to diagnose and treat it with an appropriate medication prior to conception attempts.
