Irritable bowel: I assume you are being evaluated by a gastroenterologist. Your stool culture shows no definite pathogens as the yeast doesn't appear to be significant. Your symptoms could be due to the irritable bowel syndrome. Crohn's disease possible. Lactose intolerance and gluten intolerance seem unlikely. Liver and gall bladder evaluations are advisable because of ruq discomfort.

Meaningless test: "Comprehensive stool analysis" is not often recommended by knowledgeable experts. Probably you requested this from an online testing service. It's pointless. There is no such thing as systemic candidiasis or having too much yeast in the intestines. My advice is to see a doctor for your symptoms, then follow his or her professional advice about causes, testing, and treatment. Good luck.
