Be glad: Maybe you're eating better -- more omega-3's, fruits, and veggies. Maybe you've increased your exercise. Maybe you've reduced caffeine, refined sugar, and sodium intake. Maybe you're taking a good multivitamin, or a b complex with extra b6; also reducing stress. Are you taking anti-inflammatory medicines? Or, you've had a spontaneous remission. Nice christmas gift, it seems.
