Vaginal discharge...: ...has many possible causes, including pregnancy, miscarriage, various hormone issues, foreign bodies (e.g. a forgotten tampon), and several infections, including STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas) and non-STD infections like yeast and bacterial vaginosis. Color (e.g. yellow, brown) suggests infection. Don't guess: any new or abnormal vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated.
