NoLiver&Onions4You: Luckily the toxic dose of an acute ingestion of Tylenol (acetaminophen) is about 150 mg/Kg so let's say you weigh 100 Kg, that means 15,000 mg or 15 grams. You took in 2 grams so, as long as you have a normal liver and normal kidneys you're in the clear. But please, stick to the recommended dose of two 500mg tablets, no more frequently than every 6 hours. Any more than that is a waste of time, money and liver.
