Probably: not pancreatitis, rather sounds like a viral gastroenteritis ("Stomach Flu") Need more information such as HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD THESE SYMPTOMS?? If more than two weeks a complete GI evaluation is the next step! Consult with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) Hope this helps Dr Z
