Not feeling good: is very vague. The glans of the penis (top) are extremely sensitive w/lots of nerve endings. Those nerves are not normally exposed when covered by the foreskin and more sensitive when uncovered. Please see your doctor for an exam and peace of mind. Peace and good health.
