Alternative plan: You may remember signing off on several documents before you underwent these procedures. Both are considered permanent forms of contraception. You had the lining of your uterus burned so it is unlikely it could ever support a pregnancy. Your tubes are non-functional. Your only out would be to harvest your eggs and have them implanted in a surrogate.
