Was exposed to concrete dust heavy in the air in basement for one hour while vacuuming it up. Wore paper mask. Will One exposure cause acute silicosis?

Acute silicosis: Likely NOT wearing the paper mask hopefully cut down on a lot of the dust particles but by no means the most efficient or effective dust mask. You will probably cough up a lot of discolored mucus and blow a lot of discolored mucus from your nose.
