Can i get sick on the hCG diet?

Yes: The diet often recommended with HCG injections is very restrictive, and people often will not feel well. Unfortunately HCG has not been shown helpful for losing weight. I can't recommend it.

Actually people feel well on this diet and not irritable like they do on regular diets.

Also, some alcoholics have been shown to stop drinking while on the diet
