Yes: Off course you can. Be sure to tell the dentist that you're expecting and don't have any routine X-rays. If you do need an Xray, your dentist will shield the baby with a lead apron. Best to clear up any dental issues now so they won't flare up in your later pregnancy. Congratulations!
