Constant feeling of needing to burp and slightly short of breath with it, when trying to burp to help and can't feel very nauseous. any idea why?

Burping: May be gastitis/GERD with or without H pylori( bacteria in stomach can do breath test at Quest labs . Acid reflux can exacerbate asthma. Consider Ranitidine 150 mg 1 a day and prevecid 30 mg 1 a day . and see if helps,discuss w/doc Could also be aerophagia swallowing air while drinking eating f/u with doc/ urgent care
