Lotemax (loteprednol) is a Corticosteroid used to treat some Eye problems; Inflammation, Infection, irritation, redness, swelling, Allergies... Should be avoided if allergic to any of its ingredients. Alternate treatment should be based on proper Diagnosis which, to protect the Eye from harm, should be done by Eye Specialist
