Maybe not yeast: If you indeed have a yeast infection, it may not be the only problem. Yeast usually causes no discharge or only a little, typically white and thick. Yeast often is irritating and itchy, but doesn't usually cause much real pain or internal pelvic pain (if that's what "huge mushroom" means). It could be an STD, if at risk. See your doctor or consider a visit to the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre.
