9 days and 10 days cycles pain in my left side sometimes right side comes and goes. do u think is a cysts or anything else?

Cycle pain day 9/10: May be Mittleschmerz, ovulation pain , or from follicle ( which is like a cyst- we are concerned when multiple cysts or does not resolve within ~3 months after releasing the egg ) , possible vaginitis,. An ultrasound at the time would correlate pain with structure f/u with doctor.
