Drug interactions: Always tell your prescribing docs everything you take, including OTC medications & dietary supplements. Phenylephrine in Tylenol (acetaminophen) Sinus has moderate interaction w/Adderall. Bu interestingly, or perhaps more worrisome, Celexa aka citalopram, has major interactions w/Adderall.
