Concerned about the: Doubt the white spot in the throat has anything to do with your sore neck. Both need to be investigated. The X-rays will be helpful in diagnosing your neck pain. We may have to photograph and possibly send some of the cells from the white spot inn the throat for pathology.If there is any suspicion of cancer, the area will need to be biopsied and tissue sent for pathology.
