Ttc 4 months after m\c. my ov is always around day 20-21.(even before m/c) now having spotting and craming 6 after lmp. what is causing this?

Unknown: If this is the first 'irregular' bleed, no worries. That happens from time to time. Oh course, if it persists or recurs, you should discuss with your Ob/Gyn. Since you are TTC, you should do a UPT. Under these circumstances, it is always advisable to r/o pregnancy. Good Luck.
