Had something weird happen today. i bent over and clear liquid poured out one side of my nose. i am not congested nor do i have a stuffy nose?

Sinus: Sometimes fluid can accumulate in one or more of the sinuses and pour out as described. Especially if you have been swimming or using nasal saline. Persistent runny nose often happens to elderly but I don't know your age. See a doctor if this becomes bothersome. If you have had a recent head trauma then a clear nasal discharge can be a worrisome symptom.
