Contraception use?: Are you using contraception? If so, then pregnancy is unlikely. If not, rerun the pregnancy test.

Could be: You had unprotected sex on cycle day 14. Since your subsequent cycle was abnormal, you are pregnant till otherwise proven. I would wait a week then repeat the pregnancy test.... although, if you were really pregnant, the test you did should have been positive because of the elapsed time.

Re do test: You may wish to repeat the test. If a correctly done pregnancy test is negative at about 10 days after a missed period, it essentially rules out pregnancy. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
