Low, "flutters" does: not necessarily mean cardiac arrhythmia; generally ≥30% of time, rhythm monitor recordings during flutter/palpitation sensations do not show any changes in heart rhythm. Thus best use event monitor (worn during time most likely to have symptoms) & be sure to record date&time of symptoms to correlate with the recording when reviewed later.
