Unlikely: Pregnancy tests detect a hormone, beta HCG which rises in pregnancy. After a delivery, miscarriage or abortion, beta HCG levels drop by about 50% every 1-2 days. It can take weeks to reach pre-pregnancy levels, and a pregnancy test will remain positive until this happens. Even though the test is not going to be accurate, it is possible to become pregnant again this soon without protection.
