Lower lumbar: Keep weight down(BMI less than 30) . Stretch , strengthen core, avoid repetitive bend or twist avoid prolonged positions (eg if u sit for more than 45 min u should get up and stand for a short time). Limit exposure to high impacts, take glucosamine, intermittent use of NSAIDs
