Whole family is sick with the flu. what are the chances of my 2.5 month old breast fed baby getting sick too?

Extremely likely: The seasonal flu is very contagious inside a group of people. Thus, in one family where all are sick, there is almost no way a baby (who requires care by others) will escape it. One can still try, meaning wear masks and wash hands before caring for the baby.
