10/min too many: Etiology of ordinary PAC's broad even if Echo normal. Even small doses of long acting B-Blocker can decr PAC's signif. Have you tried 12.5 - 25 mgs per day of Metoprolol Succinate? I have had good success with this particular med. Do not expect cure overnight, but usually this can stabilize the heart. At these doses of the long act metoprolol heart rate will slow little if at all.

Have Pacs & PVCs no afib. Stress tests and echocardiograms were normal. No meds. Trying to schedule covid vaccine. Is there any issue with the vaccine & pacs and PVC? Im scared of side effects. Dont know which brand may make them worse?
