Consult OBGYN: You may need an evaluation of your your fetus, uterine blood flow & your heart by echo. If these are all normal then what you are experiencing is just pregnancy. Breathlessness can come by just the abdominal fullness you have, you can elevate upper torso with pillow. But the Ultrasound studies should be performed.
