Radiation best: U must have already consulted an eye surgeon and maybe even a neurosurgeon for the AVM in eye orbit. If they recommend no surgery then it must be not a viable alternative. Then radio surgery with gamma knife ( using radiation) is the best alternative. It has its own side effects and dangers which a radio- surgeon will explain in detail. Good luck.
