Don't think so: The left lung only has two lobes (upper and lower) and so the descriptions amount to the same. (The right lower lung is composed of the middle lobe and the lower lobe, so there is a chance for confusion). Decreased pneumonia means, in the opinion of the radiologist, the amount of fluid & inflammation is less than seen earlier. But the "pneumonia" must have been present earlier to have "decreased".
