Depends: From 3-5 days to a month, all depends on ph of gastric content, particulate matter, recovering abilities and other comorbidities and certainly quality of treating physicians.

Variable: It would depend on what you aspirated and how much you aspirated. Not all aspiration will develop into pneumonia, and it also depends on whether it is solid material or liquid and whether your stomach content is acidic or not. If it is not infected, and you are otherwise healthy, you should make a complete recovery in a week. If it is infected, you will have to take antibiotics.
