Follow weight gain: Hello, Although not the norm, some babies do sleep thought the night. It's important to ensure that you are feeding when your baby seems to be awake and hungry. Often, babies will beed every 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Most importantly, you should develop a good working relationship with your daughter's pediatrician, because ultimately her weight gain will be the best indicator that she's getting enough.
