Probably will work: Research has shown that as long as vomiting doesn't occur sooner than 30 minutes, enough azithromycin is absorbed and treatment remains effective against chlamydia. However, to be maximally safe, ask your doctor whether she recommends another test in 2-3 weeks to be sure you are cured.
