2 weeks not 4: The ultrasound is plus or minus 2 weeks in terms of accuracy or lack thereof at this stage of pregnancy.

In a normal: pregnancy, the range of error is about +/- 8% (in days) throughout most of the pregnancy, so at 6 weeks 5 days or 47 days it would be about +/- 4 days. Being off by 4 weeks at this stage would be nearly impossible assuming a technically adequate scan was performed.
